Lightweight Foamboards

Our range includes various types of lightweight foam boards characterized by high stability, low weight, excellent flatness, and easy processing. The KAPA® technology for manufacturing thin lightweight boards with a polyurethane (PUR) rigid foam core is unique worldwide. A special process of foaming the board core between two liners results in an almost spherical cell geometry of the foam, which provides high bending and compressive strengths. 

Our KAPA® products include several variants, such as KAPA®INLAY for use as a carrier board for various coatings, KAPA®PROTECT for protecting delicate goods during transport, KAPA®ISO for insulating transport packaging, and KAPA® DVD for roof reinforcement in the automotive industry.
